Collmark: Collective Communication Benchmark

Thank you for agreeing to execute this benchmark.
Please follow the following steps:

1) modify the Makefile for your architecture

2) make the executable "time_all.x"

3) modify file "input", changing "t3e" to a single word
that identifies your machine, say sp2

4) execute on as many nodes as you can get your hands on.
Notice that if you start it with p nodes, it will also collect
times for p/2, p/4, ... , 2 nodes. Thus, one run does it all.

5) mail me the output, in the file ending in ".m"

NOTE: the benchmark is only meaningful is it is executed
in a dedicated environment.

I thank you in advance for your time and effort.
