Alison Norman has been selected to receive a 2017 College of Natural Sciences Teaching Excellence Award. The Teaching Excellence Award is intended to provide recognition of the college’s many exceptional faculty who are committed to teaching at either the undergraduate or graduate level. Alison will be presented the award at the college's Discovery Dinner on Wednesday, September 13, where she will also appear as a panelist.

Alison was also presented with the President's Associates Teaching Excellence Award this past spring, recognizing the consistent level of excellence that she has achieved in teaching undergraduates within UT Computer Science.
