    Svar-add-namespace

    Add a namespace to a variable so that it can be referenced from a lower hierarchy level.

    Signature
    (svar-add-namespace namespace x) → x
    Arguments
    namespace — Guard (name-p namespace).
    x — Guard (svar-p x).
    Returns
    x — Type (and (svar-p x) (svar-addr-p x)).

    If the scope modifier of the address is :root, then we don't add the namespace. If the scope modifier is positive, we decrement it instead of adding the namespace.
