Principles of AMR

• Recursively add finer and finer sub-grids until either a given maximum level of refinement is reached or the local truncation error has dropped below the threshold.
• In AMR the spacing is fixed only for the base grid and is determined locally for the sub-grids according to the demands of the solution.
