Grid-to-grid interactions

Grid-to-grid interactions
- Prolongation
- Refined grids have boundaries which are interior to some coarser grid.
- The boundary values are obtained by linear interpolation from the coarser grid values.
- Restriction
- A fine grid and its underlying coarse grid are updated to the same time level.
- The coarse grid point values are updated by injecting the fine grid solution onto the coarse grid points.
