Project:

The students in the class will be orgainzed into seven teams of three students
each. Then each team will perform the following tasks:

	1. Select one of the seven topics listed below as the team's
	   topic.

	2. Each member in the team, in consultation with the other
	   members in the team, will identify and study two "important" 
	   papers that discuss the team's topic.

	3. The team prepares one report that discusses in some detail
	   the six papers studied by the team members.

	4. Each team will deliver their report and give a one hour 
           presentation summarizing the report on Thursday May 14.
	   If May 14 is bad for you, I can arrange an earlier date 
	   for you to give your presentation. Any student in the class
	   can attend some or all of the presentations.

The topics of the project are as follows:

	a. Anonymity Protocols.

	b. Secure BGP.

	c. Access Control Protocols.

	d. Defending Against Denial of Service Attacks.

	e. Auction Protocols.

	f. Intrusion Detection Systems.

	g. e-Voting Protocols.

Recall that the project is worth 30 points.
