    Make-major-frame

    Basic constructor macro for major-frame structures.

    Syntax
    (make-major-frame [:bindings <bindings>]
                      [:rule <rule>]
                      [:phase <phase>]
                      [:minor-stack <minor-stack>])

    This is the usual way to construct major-frame structures. It simply conses together a structure with the specified fields.

    This macro generates a new major-frame structure from scratch. See also change-major-frame, which can "change" an existing structure, instead.

    Definition

    This is an ordinary make- macro introduced by defprod.

    Macro: make-major-frame

    (defmacro make-major-frame (&rest args)
      (std::make-aggregate 'major-frame

                           '((:bindings)
                             (:rule)
                             (:phase)
                             (:minor-stack quote
