(Deprecated) Create an SVTV using the defsvtv-phasewise syntax, storing and possibly using intermediate results from the svtv-data stobj.
The formerly different syntax of defsvtv$-phasewise is now allowed in defsvtv$, and so defsvtv$-phasewise is now just an alias for defsvtv$.
