Make-vl-config

Basic constructor macro for vl-config structures.

Syntax

(make-vl-config [:name <name>] 
                [:warnings <warnings>] 
                [:minloc <minloc>] 
                [:maxloc <maxloc>] 
                [:atts <atts>] 
                [:comments <comments>])

This is the usual way to construct vl-config structures. It simply conses together a structure with the specified fields.

This macro generates a new vl-config structure from scratch. See also change-vl-config, which can "change" an existing structure, instead.
