Fixtype of validation scopes.
This is a product type introduced by fty::defprod.
Identifiers have scopes [C17:6.2.1], which the validator tracks. This fixtype contains all the information about a scope, which currently only considers the name space of ordinary identifiers. We will extend this fixtype to contain additional information, particularly about tag of structure, union, and enumeration types.
