The Parallel Constraint Compiler
Let A,B,C,D,E be hierarchical matrices
The two relations are constraints on the values of
the elements of the matrices.
Given an input set of variables whose values will be known
at runtime, the Parallel Constraint Compiler will generate a parallel
algorithm and program for satisfaction of those constraints.
