Please Readme re: translations. During the past few years, several people have
kindly written translations of parts of this web site and posted links from
their translations to my original presentations here. I have gladly posted links from here to
these translations to promote additional interest in the topics and materials
presented here. Unfortunately, this
web site is now becoming crowded and the continuity of its presentations is
declining. In addition, it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to find
the time to add new links of this kind.
Accordingly, as of June 20, 2017, I do not expect, except in very
exceptional cases, to add any new links from this site to translations on other
