Romeo and Juliet: Problem

Romeo Robinson, 17, and Juliet Johnson, 16, want to get married, and they
are discussing whether to do it right now, or in a year, or in two years.
If they decide on an early date, their plan will have to include asking
parents for permission, because a person under the age of 18 needs
parental consent to get married.  Fortunately, both the Robinsons and the
Johnsons are willing to give their consent if asked.

Describe this domain in an implemented, declarative language, and use
your representation to compute all possible plans of action that Romeo
and Juliet can come up with.
