Chris Enslin joined Walmart in 2011, as a Sr. Director of Application Development. Prior to joining Walmart, Chris was the IT Executive Director at Dell in Austin, TX, where he worked from 1999 to 2011. In his most recent role, he was responsible for Global Finance and Human Capital Management solutions delivery. Other contributions included the global deployment of Product Lifecycle Management solutions and the enablement of Dell’s design centers in Taiwan and China. During his 26 year career, he held various technology positions at Siemens, Pepsi-Cola and California Insurance Group and worked as a consultant for RCG Information Technology, providing IT solutions to various companies.
Mobolaji Akinpelu is from Lagos, Nigeria. In 2008, he came to the United States to join the Honors Program at Coppin State University, Baltimore. He graduated top of his department with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a minor in Math. In college, he interned at Stanley Black & Decker, Purdue University and MIT and served as a senator in the Student Government Association. Since graduating, he has worked for Wal-mart. There he has worked as developer designing and coding fixes for security vulnerabilities in the Benefits application. Now, he is the Technical Lead responsible for an application that helps Wal-mart manage its interactions with regulators. His interests include sharing career advice with his peers, reading, writing, and playing soccer.
