Kristen Grauman Awarded The Marr Prize

UTCS Assistant Professor Kristen Grauman and Devi Parikh of the Toyota Technological Institute Chicago (TTIC), and a former visiting postdoc, received the Marr Prize at ICCV for their paper "Relative Attributes" that was presented at the13th International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV) in 2011.
The Marr Prize is a prestigious best paper award in computer vision given by the committee of the International Conference on Computer Vision every two years. Named in honor of David Marr, the Marr Prize is considered one of the top honors for a computer vision researcher.
