Ben Abbatematteo

Assistant Professor of Practice and Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Dr. Ben Abbatematteo is an Assistant Professor of Practice with the College of Natural Sciences, and a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Robot Interactive Intelligence (RobIn) Lab supervised by Professor Roberto Martín-Martín. He leads the Robot Learning stream of the Freshman Research Initiative, and conducts research in robotic manipulation and reinforcement learning. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. from Brown University, and B.S. from the University of Rochester.
