Greg Plaxton is a professor of Computer Science at the University of Texas at Austin
and is a member of the
algorithms and computational theory (ACT) group.
Greg's research addresses the design and analysis of efficient algorithms for various basic computational problems, including problems related to load balancing, scheduling, sorting, and clustering. His current focus is on the design of new auction mechanisms.
