Project Phase VI (due 17 Aug 2021)

This is the final phase of your project. Here is a check list of technical features that you must have:

• HTML pages that validate
• Cascading Style Sheets that validate
• JavaScript front end form verification
• Dynamic HTML features
• PHP script to process form data
• MySQL database back end
• PHP interface to the MySQL database
• Maintain state in transactions
• Set and read cookies
• Annotated links to other related web sites
• Include AJAX application
• Include audio and / or video files
• You must include the following security features in your web application:
  • Store passwords in encrypted form. Incorporate the SHA-256 Cryptographic Algorithm in JavaScript on the client side. Use the crypt() function in PHP.
  • Impose size restrictions on all input data. Run a filter function that will purge all unacceptable characters from the input.
  • Use mysqli_real_escape_string() judiciously to prevent SQL injection.
  • Take steps to prevent Cross Site Scripting using strip_tags() and htmlentities().

Everything should be working at this time and there should be substantial content in each of the sections in your web page. There should not be filler text like Lorem Ipsum. If you are working in a group, every member of the group should have the same copy of the files related to the project.

Your site must be aesthetically pleasing. Your site must have a professional look and feel. All forms (including login and registration) should be intuitive and pleasing to the eye.

Use the template given. Fill the table in as completely as you can. Add any login user name and password that we may need for grading purposes at the end of the table. Convert the Word document to PDF and upload it to Canvas.

The final version of your project is due before 11 PM Tuesday, 17 Aug 2021. There are no extensions on the project.
