WheelchairModule

The file $VULCAN/lib/WheelchairModule.mcf defines a module to compile some of the system functions into C. Please open this file, and replace /home/eremolin/argus/vulcan by your $VULCAN directory. Once this has been done, create the module by doing the following steps^1.3

     $ cd $VULCAN/lib
     $ bash doit
