MolSurf

Description

MolSurf is a tool for efficiently generating and manipulating various molecular surfaces including:

  • Solvent exposed and solvent accessible surfaces,
  • Gaussian molecular surfaces,
  • the algebraic spline molecular surface, and
  • a molecular surface constructed via a higher-order level set method.
