The BLAS-like Library Instantiation Software (BLIS) is a framework for rapid instantiation of high-performance libraries with Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms (BLAS) functionality.

The framework is hosted from a Google Code project website. There, you will find a wiki describing system software requirements, how to obtain the software distribution, and how to configure and install a BLIS library.
