Scholars Academies Application Process
The Academy for Women and Academy for All are application-based programs. However, the sign-up system is based on a registration model, which means that your submitted application will be placed on a wait list while applications are being accepted.
How to Apply
1 Begin the application process in Ideal Logic.
2 Click "Community Login."
Either Login or Create a New Account.
3 Apply as a student or on their behalf.
Select whether you are a parent/guardian (applying for your child) or a minor (student applying for yourself). We encourage students to complete their own application with guardian assistance as needed.
4 Submit Application Materials.
Submit your contact information, recent progress report, and unofficial transcript*.
* If you are unable to upload a copy of your unofficial transcript, please send a copy to academies@cs.utexas.edu.
5 Answer the short-answer questions.
Applications will be accepted through December 22nd.
We will then review all applications and make admission decisions.
All applicants will be notified of their admission status in early 2026.
