Apply to UT Austin and select your majors.

Select History, Linguistics or Neuroscience as either your first or second-choice major. Choose Computer Science as your other major.

We recommend selecting the major most aligned with your interests and strengths as your first-choice major. The order does not affect selection for this program, but it matters if you are not selected.

When the application prompts you, indicate interest in the X+CS program by selecting “yes” to be reviewed for the X+CS Integrated Degree program.

Please Note: "Computer science" is listed as "computer science entry-level" on the application.

2 Watch for an email from the Office of Admissions.

You will receive an email asking you to complete your application for the integrated degree program. That application will consist of a short-answer question asking you about your learning goals and how the program you chose helps you meet them.

3 Check Your Email for Updates.

Admissions decisions and next steps will be communicated after the review period.
