Machine Learning Lab Matching Event 2024

Machine Learning Lab Research Symposium

April 18 - 19, 2024

Students, faculty and researchers participated in a two-day workshop that celebrated the launch of the new CENTER FOR GENERATIVE AI, which featured research experts from academia and industry. The keynote speakers were Sebastian Bubeck (VP of GenAI at Microsoft Research) and Luke Zettlemoyer (Professor at the University of Washington and Research Scientist at Meta)

LDOS Research Symposium 2024

This full-day symposium explored research related to the Learning Directed Operating System (LDOS) NSF Expedition project. Academic and industry partners presented their collaborative research, education, and development initiatives throughout the day.

AI X Robotics Research Symposium

This event brought together top experts from academia and distinguished leaders from industry to discuss developments in machine learning and robotics. The Symposium included opportunities to engage with cutting-edge research through lectures, interactive panels, poster sessions, and discussion.

November 3-4, 2025 

This program featured inspiring talks from leading researchers in the field, along with showcases of what the expedition had accomplished in its first year. UT researchers also described their vision for the future of AI infrastructure -- why it needs to be reimagined from the ground up and the fundamental work they're doing toward this goal.
