Ritika Gunnar

Ritika Gunnar is a Data and AI leader focused on turning technology into real-world impact. She currently serves as General Manager of IBM’s Data Platform organization, where she leads a global team of more than 2,500 employees focused on IBM’s core data products. 

She brings a diverse leadership background spanning product management, professional services, sales, and software development. Prior to IBM, she led Product Management for data services at a leading cloud provider. Ritika began her career as a software engineer and has since held senior leadership roles across both development and product organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. 

A native of Austin, Ritika now lives in New York with her husband and two children.
