Arthur Peters
Research Scientist
Arthur Peters is a software engineer and researcher at UT Austin. His work focuses on systems software at the intersection of programming languages, frameworks, operating systems, and machine learning. He received his Ph.D. from UT Austin in 2020.

Domain specific languages and frameworks, concurrent programming languages, operating systems, compilers and interpreters, developer experience.
Current Research:
Designing and developing an operating system specifically for learning directed policy development, including framework and language design.
