Dr. Chandrajit Bajaj Honored by National Computing Organization
On Friday, December 4th, 2009, Dr. Chandrajit Bajaj was selected as Fellow of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), a high honor in the field of computer science. The ACM Fellows designation is bestowed upon association members who have distinguished themselves with outstanding technical and professional achievements in the field of information technology. A total of 47 fellows were named this year out of 68,000 members. Read More

Rethinking Encryption
As information such as passwords and account numbers moves from computer to computer across the Internet, it is encrypted—jumbled into a non- comprehensible form. Unfortunately, attackers can intercept this encrypted data as they flow through the system or access encrypted data from where it sits in storage and use it maliciously.
